When Asha’s restaurant first opened its doors in Wafi City, Dubai back in 2002 it was with one purpose, to share with its guests Asha Bhosle’s passion for great Indian food.
Since then, Asha’s restaurants have opened around the world, including Manchester with a restaurant located on Peter Street in the heart of the city.
Asha’s Manchester's Head chef Ashwani Rangta grew up in Shimla, in the Himalayan region of India and spent many years training to an extremely high level within several of India’s highest-rated hotels. Ashwani was specifically scouted in 2014 to spearhead the opening of Asha's, and has since helped Asha’s to be the only Indian restaurant Manchester in the Michelin Guide within its first year
The stylish restaurant on the upper ground floor seats over 100 guests whilst the bar and private dining space on the lower ground is the ideal venue for parties, celebrations or delicious cocktails with friends, the restaurants, like the icon, will continue to impress the world for many years to come.
