Wagamama
Spinningfields Japanese Restaurant Manchester - reader comments
"I've
visited Wagamama more times than I care to remember, and I have never
once been disappointed. I love fresh, clean food;
that is, food that isn't fussed over so much that it tries to be something
else. The chicken is flavourful and succulent, and
the seafood is top-notch. They really do their ingredients
justice. There's nothing better than wandering in on a chilly afternoon
to sit down to one of their wonderful bowls of Ramen and a complimentary
cup of green tea (or three!). It's wholesome, filling, satisfying,
and best of all, really healthy. Even more astonishing
is the speed at which their food is served, but I guarantee you nothing
is reheated. I would highly recommend Wagamama Spinningfields to anyone
who loves unpretentious yet sophisticated, tasty food!"

"I'm
a regular visitor to this branch of Wagamama - a lot brighter and
more inviting than it's prison-like diner sister at The Printworks.
The food is always tasty and reasonably priced.
Try the duck gyoza's they're delicious. The service
isn't the best though - if you're eating with friends,
expect your dishes to arrive at different times
- when it's busy it's not unusual to have finished your dish by
the time that of your friend's has been served - as has happened
to me on more than one occasion now."
