Seafood Restaurant Manchester - reader comments
"I went for the Valentines day meal which was always going to be expensive
for what you got and I accept that, the first waiter we got
(with glasses) was excellent and really nice but then a second waiter
took care of our table who was quite unattentive and forgot to get
my drink (which I had to ask for). I was suprised at how grotty
the toilets are for a seemingly posh place and how unremarkable
the food was. I'm not a big fish fan so my review shouldn't be trusted
too much on that point but I found it underwhelming.
Might go back some time as I've always wanted lobster but if i find
another good seafood restaurant I'll be going there instead!" -

"Just happened to stumble across this restaurant - the entrance
is very welcoming and unusual. The menu was very
extensive with plenty to choose from. The waiter
was very nice and friendly - cracking jokes about Manchester
caviar (mushy peas). Our only complaint was that we could
smell the cigarette smoke on him after he came back from his break.
But other than that we would definitely go again" -

"Had a lovely meal, was a nice beginning to a night
at the theatre. We used a voucher for a free main course which thankfully
they were very happy to take despite being a Saturday evening. We
will be going back" -
